Note from the VSC President

The Fall program is fully underway with lots of variety and creative opportunities designed by our Program Directors. Just a reminder-- please let them know if you will be away for an extended period or are unable to attend a certain session. This helps them anticipate attendance and its impact on room set up, etc.  

Thanks to Liz S and Laura B for their continued work on our new website. It is coming together well and they plan to provide you with a ‘reveal’ of the new site on December 3rd. This will be your opportunity to see and comment on the new design, content and proposed sections. As mentioned before, this is the public face of our Club and it is important that it be attractive and current, reflecting our purpose, activities and creativity as well as an ongoing resource for our membership.

Work on the Club archives continues with Joan W joining Val L and John L as they update the history of the Club and prepare the documents for the BC Archives. 

Planning for the Annual Show has begun and the first Update has already been circulated. Many thanks to all those who have volunteered for the various committees. As you know, the success of this Show depends on you. Please show your commitment by supporting our Show Directors, Sharon Stone and Sharon Wareing, and get involved in the various tasks and volunteer opportunities as they arise.
